What's the quality of your clothing?
Our philosophy is to only make clothing that we're extremely proud of. So this means we're doing things like sourcing the finest cottons from top mills in Japan, using bullhorn buttons instead of plastic, and lining garments with Japanese bemberg. You'll notice the difference immediately.
How customizable is the fit?
Our design aesthetic is more modern and fitted. However, there's definitely room to build in your personal flair, such as the break on the pants, the length of sleeves, or the snugness of the arms.
During your initial fitting, whether in-person or via the Home Try-On service, you'll be able to submit your preferences.
We'll use that to generate a unique technical pattern for your garments.
Can I adapt the design (i.e., pick my own lining)?
We don't offer design customizations because we believe we serve our customers best by taking a design point-of-view. Shopping should be simpler, not more complex.
How can I view my order history?

What's your point-of-view on supply chain ethics?
We work with the best craftsman and production partners in the world. We pay top dollar to collaborate with the best talent, and our goal is to ensure human dignity on all touchpoints along the supply chain.
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards & debit cards.
We also offer monthly payments (up to 18 months) through our partnership with Affirm. Simply select Affirm as your payment option when checking out.
Is there an option to get sized remotely?
Yes indeed! After you place your order, we'll reach out to you to find your standard sizes and send you fit samples in the mail. When you receive the kit up to three business days later, we will jump on videochat together to discuss the adjustments you need. Once the session is done, you can return the fit samples using the prepaid return shipping label. We will then generate a unique technical pattern for you and cut the garment from scratch to fit your body.
What is Sene's return policy?
Due to the fact that each of our items are made specifically for the client and only made when ordered, we are not able to offer returns.
If we have not yet started production on your order, you can exchange the value of your order for store credit.
What if I need alterations or a remake?
If the garment doesn't fit the way it was supposed to, no worries! For your first garment of any category, any necessary alterations & remakes are free. Start the resolution process by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If it's alterable, we'll cover the cost of the alterations. First send us a photo so we can diagnose the issues and confirm you should proceed with alterations instead of a remake. Use your local dry cleaner or tailor, and email us a photo of the receipt. We'll then refund the amount to your card.
If it requires a remake, we'll help you schedule a follow-up fitting to figure out what went wrong and do a remake on the house.
To qualify for an alterations or remake, you must let us know of fit issues within 14 calendar days of delivery. Alterations & remakes do not apply for adjustments outside of the design intent of the garment (e.g., changing the hem, making the garment more boxy).

Do you offer gift cards?
All our physical gift cards are shipped in a mini-box that looks like our normal shipping boxes. Each gift card is beautifully packaged with a handwritten note from our team. Email us if you want to customize what it says.
