I've never ordered custom before but thought I would give the Smart Fit Quiz a go. Since returns are free. It turned out really well. The sleeves could have been a tad shorter, so the team offered a videochat, and helped me understand what adjustment was needed. Great service, really went out of their way to help

Easy fitting process with the Home Box
I was initially thinking it would be impossible to do custom from home. Then I decided to get the Home Box for a spin for my husband and see if he liked it and the process was shockingly easy. He tried on the try-on shirt, which was pretty close, but he needs a little more room in his belly. The Sene specialist Jeff just said he needed an extra inch and also suggested adding half an inch to the length. The fitting portion just took a few minutes and then Jeff stayed on to walk us through the alterations process if we need any adjustments, which helped knowing that they covered any alterations since we're in NYC.

Are you altering standard size clothes or making it from scratch?
Every order is made-from-scratch as part of our 1-to-1 fashion model where we only make clothing if there is someone there to wear it.
You have the option of ordering clothing standard size or custom fit. Once you input your size info, we laser cut and hand-assemble each piece and ship it to you.
How do alterations and remakes work?
We cover any alterations you need for your order. You can either send us pictures wearing the piece or we can hop on a video chat to figure out the changes we need to make
Can I return or exchange my order?
Investing money in custom clothing can be scary. That's why we allow a full return for 100% money back and the ability to exchange your order even if it's just because you don't like the fabric.
