When Guillermo Zapata moved to the United States in his 20s, he didn't speak any English.

But he had a dream.

So he studied English during the day and worked at night, pursuing that dream.

Today he is co-founder of famed restaurant SUR, the focus of TV show Vanderpump Rules. Lisa and Todd Vanderpump joined later on as business partners.
