Where do you source your fabrics?

We only want to make clothing that we're extremely proud of. So we source from some of the top mills in the world. For example, our Japanese denim mill recycles its water so well that you can even drink it. You'll notice the difference immediately.

How custom is the fit really?

We aren't altering standard size garments, we're truly cutting your order from scratch to fit. You're getting bespoke precision because we generate a unique technical pattern for your garments.

How do you approach supply chain ethics?

Fashion is the second most wasteful industry in the world, generating billions of dollars of waste each year. We are part of a new approach, only making clothing if there is someone to wear it. And dignity, fair wages, healthy working environments are important to us along the supply chain. We work with the best craftsman and production partners in the world. We pay top dollar to collaborate with the best talent, and our goal is to ensure human dignity on all touchpoints along the supply chain.

What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit cards & debit cards. We also offer 0% monthly payment options through our partnerships with Affirm and QuadPay.

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship to the United States only.

What is Sene's alterations & remakes policy?

If the garment doesn't fit the way it was supposed to, no worries! For your first garment of any category, any necessary alterations & remakes are free if you complete a Fit Review within 60 days of receiving your order. Start the resolution process by emailing us at hello@senestudio.com.
- If it's alterable, we'll cover the cost of the alterations. First send us a photo so we can diagnose the issues and confirm you should proceed with alterations instead of a remake. Use your local dry cleaner or tailor, and email us a photo of the receipt. We'll then refund the amount to your card. - If it requires a remake, we'll help you schedule a follow-up fitting to figure out what went wrong and do a remake on the house. - To qualify for an alterations or remake, you must let us know of fit issues within 60 calendar days of delivery. See Returns Policy for details
- alterations & remakes do not apply for adjustments outside of the design intent of the garment (e.g., changing the hem, making the garment more boxy).

What is Sene's return policy?

If your order doesn't fit right, you can get free remakes and alterations, and it restarts the clock for the 60 Day Guarantee. And you still reserve the right to return the garment. If you still are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it within 60 days of delivery of the initial garment or the remade garment for 100% moneyback or free exchanges.

Do you offer gift cards?

All our physical gift cards are shipped in a mini-box that looks like our normal shipping boxes. Each gift card is beautifully packaged with a handwritten note from our team. Email us if you want to customize what it says.
