What if my garment doesn't fit?
If the garment doesn't fit the way you want, no worries! We offer free remakes & alterations for custom-fit garments.
To qualify, please complete a Fit Review within 30 days of receiving your order. Start the resolution process by emailing us at support@senestudio.comfollowing the process in the Fit Review Guide.
To qualify for an alterations or remake, please complete your Fit Review within 30 calendar days of delivery. See Alterations & Return Policy for full details.
For bundles (like the FlexTech Starter Kit), everything — including free gifts — must be returned together for a full refund.
If you return part of a “buy more, save more” order, your refund may adjust to reflect the new item count.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Absolutely.
Standard Size Orders
If you wish to return your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery of the initial garment. Suits, tuxedos, blazers, and suit pants returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Custom-Fit Orders
Custom orders are eligible for free remakes until the fit is perfect and free exchanges. Because custom-fit orders are one-of-a-kind, they are not eligible for refunds.

How do alterations and remakes work?
We make it easy:
1. Start your request within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Work with our Fit Specialists (they’ll ask for photos and notes about the fit).
3. Send back your original garment using the prepaid shipping label — we’ll begin your remake once it’s received.
4. You’ll get a fresh 30-day window once your new piece arrives.
Prefer to use your own tailor? No problem — we’ll reimburse you in store credit up to:
- $125 for a suit
- $75 for a jacket
- $50 for dress pants
- $30 for casual pants or denim
-$15 for a T-shirt
Alterations and remakes depend on fabric availability — if your fabric is out of stock, we’ll help you choose a similar option.
How do refunds work?
Refunds go back to your original payment method or a Sene Gift Card if that’s no longer active.
Processing takes up to 7 business days once your return is received.
Customs duties and import taxes aren’t refundable.
If you added Free Returns + Package Protection, return shipping is free.
Otherwise, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Keep your tracking info handy — we can’t be responsible for packages lost in transit.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
