02. We Calculate A Unique Fit
Our SmartFit data-driven algorithm generates a unique fit down to the quarter centimeter level of precision.
03. The Perfect Suit Ships In 3 Weeks
95% of men get the perfect fit out of the box. But if you need changes, share feedback with your dedicated Fit Specialist and we'll remake it for free.

If your custom-order fit isn't perfect, we'll remake a brand new suit from scratch for you. And then you get another 30 days to try out the new fit when it arrives. Standard size orders are also eligible for free exchanges and refunds.

If the fit isn't perfect, text photos of the fit issues to us and our Fit Specialists will recommend changes and remake a brand new pair from scratch for you. And then you get another 30 days to try out the new fit when it arrives.

Are you altering standard size clothes or making it from scratch?
No generic sizes. It's unique to you.
Every order is made-from-scratch as part of our 1-to-1 fashion model where we only make clothing if there is someone there to wear it.
While you have the option to order standard size, most people choose the custom-fit option.
Once you take the SmartFit Quiz, we laser cut and hand-assemble each piece and ship it to you.
Each order is unique down to the quarter centimeter level of precision.
How do alterations and remakes work?
We cover any and all changes you need for your order. You can either send us pictures/videos and our Fit Specialists will determine whether an alteration or remake is needed.
If it's a remake, we'll make it from scratch for you while you send back your current garment.
If it's an alteration, you'll mail back your garment for our in-house tailors to alter or we'll reimburse you for local alterations.
