Every garment is custom-made to order down to the quarter-centimeter level of precision.

Typically, garments will be ready to ship in 3-3.5 weeks and you will receive a tracking number at the time of the shipment. Please email us to confirm if you need to receive your garment by a certain date.

Our Perfect Fit Guarantee covers all custom orders, including free remakes/alterations when you receive your order.

If you ordered multiple garments and it's your first time ordering, we will make one item first to confirm the fit. This helps us avoid waste if you prefer adjustments. Once you receive your first version of that style, please email us back to let us know how it fits. Then we will expedite the production of either the subsequent items and/or the remake. But if you are re-ordering with your saved fit, we will make all of the items at one time. Also, if you ordered multiple items but they are different styles (i.e. one t-shirt and one pair of jeans), we will make all of them simultaneously.

Shipping is free for all US orders over $99.

All standard-size orders are eligible for refunds and exchanges. All custom orders are eligible for unlimited remakes, exchanges, and refunds via gift credit.

All we ask is that items are unused, unaltered and returned with their tags and packaging.

I just received my white Dorsey Shirt after ordering my second flex-tech suit and a pair of custom jeans. Obviously I like the products being sold by Sene, but this shirt blows my mind. I am used to custom clothing and have spent far more money for custom shirts. However, I have never had a shirt fit so well and look so good at such a great price!
